Biography
Loveness Paulos, an MSc Human Resource Management (Lupane State University) graduate, is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Management Sciences in the Faculty of Business and Economic Sciences at the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe. She has four years teaching and more than fifteen years administration experience at university level as well as five years administration experience in the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. She has serviced a number of University Committee meetings as well as representing the university at national level were student social issues are tabled. She is specialised in People and Business Management at undergraduate and Diploma level and has taught Labour law, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Principles of Management, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance. She is also eligible to lecture Business Management and Consultancy, Principles of Human resource management, Industrial Relations, Employee relations, Change management, Strategic Human Resource management, Reward management, Training and Development. She is an aspiring PhD candidate. Research topic: Deficiency in human capital development in Matabeleland South Province, Zimbabwe.
