ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (1 POST)
Faculty of Commerce Harare Satellite Office
Applicants must have a good first degree from a reputable institution, in Business Management, People Management or their equivalent. A Masters Degree in these areas will be an added advantage. Good organisational skills, computer skills and public relations are very essential. Five years experience in university operations systems and ability to work with minimum supervision are essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in any section of the University, but initial appointment will be in the Faculty of Commerce’s Harare Office. The incumbent will be mainly responsible for the administration of the Satellite Office, as well as coordination of its programmes. The successful candidate should be in possession of a Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence. In addition, they must be able to provide their own accommodation in Harare.
