Dr Queen Mpofu is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting. A member of the Faculty of Commerce since 2021. She is an experienced lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Educationalist specialist in accounting and finance, research and training.

Currently working at the National University of Science and Technology, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, Faculty of Commerce, Department of Accounting. Strong education professional with a Doctor of Philosophy in Economic and Management Sciences with Accountancy (NWU, RSA), Master of Science in Accounting and Finance (NUST), Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (ZOU). Also, a team expert on the She Rebuilds the World Project, which aims to empower Zimbabwean young females with Entrepreneurial skills.

She has published various papers with her area of interests being 4IR, Accounting Education, Human Capital Development and Accounting Disclosure Practices.
