Biography

Ms Muchangana is a university educator and researcher, her areas of interest are human capital development, Strategic Human Resources Management, entrepreneurship and innovation as well as labour relations. She has 15 years practical experience in Human Resources Management and Administration. She is a holder of several Human Resources Management qualifications and currently pursuing PhD studies in Management.
