Biography

Dr Musa Nyathi is a rated researcher in strategic HRM and Management. He has eight years of experience in the private sector, specialising in HRM and management. He has spent 29 years in academia. He holds a multidisciplinary education in economics, management, and leadership. He focuses on organisational development and strategic HRM. He writes on business topics including, IT HRM, IT strategy alignment, structure-strategy alignment, and business learning through IT.
